What is the standard shipping time for heavy equipment?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Larger items like power racks and barbells are shipped via LTL freight or ground shipping and usually arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your barbells and plates?
Yes, we stand behind our gear. Most of our barbells come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and bending, while our bumper plates are covered for 1 to 3 years depending on the specific model.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day 'No Questions Asked' return policy. If you aren't happy with your equipment, you can return it for a full refund. Please note that items must be in their original packaging, and some heavy equipment may incur return shipping fees.
Can I track my freight shipment?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For LTL freight, the carrier will typically call you to schedule a delivery window.
Do you offer assembly services for home gym packages?
